"Lady Fire"- Atlantic Records

I started my career by falling...tripping into a "record deal".  I am proud to say Lady Fire hit the Billboard charts at #86 with a bullet and reached #45 on Billboard's Top Disco 100.  It is still played in rotation on XM radio!
Then... I hit the road, the "show circut".... and learned what I had to from there.  Paid my dues!  But I must says it was not at a high price...still counting my blessings.  The road was paved with great adventure, lots of wonderful friends, musicians and "family".

I met countless, "legendary"...wonderful celebrities...even a politician or two!  Sang with Gloria Loring... yes ladies, with "Alan Thicke"...of course you know him as Robin Thicke's dad!

And recorded a duet with "Ronnie Dyson"....

"Are We So Far Apart", Society Hill Records

My labors of love have been my country recordings, of which I will share with you...my favorite original

"Nothing at All"- Vikki Austin

One, of many I wrote while growing my country roots in Nashville...
I look forward to sharing more of them with you!

"One of my favorite songs on Going Back to Texas is a re-make of Baby I'm Yours!  I was so thrilled with the finished product when we left the studio....we used Freddie Fender's steel guitar player and he was fabulous!  As soon as I stepped out of the studio and into the car, I turned on the radio AND THERE WAS THE REMAKE OF MY SONG, SUNG BY DEBBIE BOONE!!!  Burst my bubble....
Cry
Forgive me if I do say...OURS WAS BETTER! LOL
